The Teacher Learning Hub Help desk is open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. with the exception of observed State holidays. Tickets submitted after those hours will promptly be answered on the next business day.

How do I combine multiple accounts?

If you think that you may have two or more accounts on the Learning Hub, it is important that we combine them into one and that we keep the account under which you have the most course completions. The Hub Team can help you to combine these accounts and retain as many of your completions as possible.


  1. Submit a help ticket letting us know that you may have more than one account. 

  2. State which email address you would like to continue to use.

  3. We will be in touch within 1-2 business days if we have any further questions and/or with your updated account information.
