The Teacher Learning Hub Help desk is open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. with the exception of observed State holidays. Tickets submitted after those hours will promptly be answered on the next business day.

If you are wanting help with your username or password, please press "Lost password?" under the Teacher Learning Hub Login boxes and follow the process to receive a temporary password emailed to you. In the event the "Lost password?" email does not make it to you, please follow the "I did not receive the password reset email" procedure. "I did not receive the password reset email" procedure

The Hub Team is available to answer tickets Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (excluding holidays). The more information we have to start, the faster we can help you. Please enter the following, if applicable to your situation:
1)specific activity name,
2) description of error message,
3) different approaches you may have tried, or
4) description of what you see on the screen, or better yet, a screenshot.
If you don't receive a reply within 1-2 days, the response may be going to your Junk or Spam folder.
