How do I update my username, account email, or password?

First, be sure you are logged in to the Learning Hub. Then follow the steps below. If you are unable to log in, visit our password reset article.

  1. Click on your name in the upper-right corner and select ‘Profile’ from the dropdown list.

  1. Find the section titled ‘User details’. Within this section, click the ‘Edit profile’ link. 


  1. Update the fields that you wish to change. 

    1. Note: If you change your password, double check that it is spelled how you intended. Passwords must have at least: 8 characters, 1 number, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 symbol. 

  2. Be sure to click the ‘Update Profile’ button at the bottom to save your changes.
