How do I combine multiple accounts?
If you think that you may have two or more accounts on the Learning Hub, it is important that we combine them into one and that we keep the account under which you have the most course completions. As of early 2020, we are working on connecting the Learning Hub with the MT educator license renewal system (MSEIS) so that your completions are automatically transferred to your account in MSEIS. However, you will only be able to claim completions from one account. The Hub Team can help you to combine these accounts and retain as many of your completions as possible.
Submit a help ticket letting us know that you may have more than one account.
State which email address you would like to continue to use.
