This article is for those who have already tried the lost password feature, but did not receive an email.

First, check your junk/spam folder. If the email isn’t there, then it was likely blocked. Or, if you searched by username, then perhaps you have two accounts and the email went to your other email address. Please submit a help ticket asking that we check to be sure you only have one account and reset your password. To prevent similar situations in the future, add noreply@mrooms.net to your email contact list.
