Where do I find my renewal unit certificate?

The answer to this question depends on when you took the course.

If you are still enrolled in the course, which typically means you completed it less than 120 days ago, then you can go to the course and retrieve the certificate yourself.

  1. Go into the course. (If you are not sure where to find the course, read this article.)

  2. Scroll to the last section where you completed the Course Evaluation.

  3. Just below the Evaluation will be the link to download the renewal unit certificate.

  4. Be sure to save a copy on your computer for future reference and print a hard copy, if possible.

If you are no longer enrolled in the course, which typically means it has been more than 120 days, you will need to request a copy by submitting a help ticket. Be sure to mention which course certificate(s) you are looking for. If it was a facilitated course, please include the month and year you took the course.

Note: You cannot retrieve a copy of the renewal unit certificate from the badge nor will the badge serve as evidence when renewing your teaching license. More information on badges.
