I lost my username/password.

If you forgot your username or password, please do the following before submitting a ticket:

  1. Return to the Teacher Learning Hub login screen.
  2. Press "Lost password?" below the login boxes.
  3. If you remember your username, search for your account by username. If you do not remember your username, search for your account using the email address you used when setting up your account.
  4. If an account is found, you will receive an email from Hub Team (via Learning Hub) noreply@mrooms.net. The link you receive is only valid for 30 minutes and it may go to your junk folder. 
Important! You may have used a personal email address, a school email address, or even a university email address previously. If you no longer have access to that account, we can update your profile for you so you can access your account again. Please do not make a different account! Please send a ticket and explain that you need us to change the email address on your profile as you no longer have access to that email account.
