I finished a course but my percentage is less than 100%.

The Hub’s Dashboard shows a list of all current, past, and future courses along with your completion percentage for that course. Most courses will show 100% when you are finished, however some may show less. As long as you have the badge or the renewal unit certificate for a course (meaning you completed the course evaluation), you don't need to worry about the percentage. You will occasionally see less than 100% if we swapped out an activity for a more updated version after you completed the course or if the course included different pathways for you to choose from.
