If you are wanting help with your username or password, please press "Lost password?" under the Teacher Learning Hub Login boxes and follow the process to receive a temporary password emailed to you. The Hub Team is available to answer tickets Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (excluding holidays).ย The more information we have to start, the faster we can help you. Please enter the following, if applicable to your situation:
1)specific activity name,
2)ย description of error message,
3)ย different approaches you may have tried, or
4)ย description of what you see on the screen, or better yet, a screenshot.
If you don't receive a reply within 1-2 days, the response may be going to your Junk or Spam folder.ย
